HTSC Annual General Meeting March 10th

The Hope Town Sailing Club Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Please register if you plan to attend the HTSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Club House, Tuesday, March 10, 2026, 11:00 a.m. Members only may attend this event.

Registering for the event helps us prepare with extra chairs if necessary. The event typically runs 1 hour or less.

Members will be voting for Flag Officers and  listening to  annual committee reports.

Also look for the Annual AGM Notices sent via email that provides members with the Slate of Officers,   and explains how to submit a proxy vote form if you are unable to attend in person.

An Agenda will be emailed to all members one week before the meeting.
