Notice of HTSC 2021 Annual Meeting

NOTICE OF THE HOPE TOWN SAILING CLUB 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Hope Town Sailing Club will be held in the Clubhouse on Tuesday, March 3, 2021. The meeting will begin at 11:00 AM.  

We will be voting on the following proposed slate of officers:

Commodore: Don Meinhold

Vice Commodore: Marcia Talley

Rear Commodore: John Barr

Commodore at Large: Will Heyer

If you are not able to attend, please fill out out the proxy form  send it to the Secretary, Linda Eshleman via email. You may also print and deliver it by hand. Your proxy must be received at least 24 hours before the date of the meeting. 

We will try to use Zoom to allow members off site to attend the meeting. The zoom information is below.
