Volunteering, Hosting and Paying an Amnesty Fee

If Your Were Unable to Host or Volunteer this Season Please Register to Pay Amnesty for the 2025-2026 Season

Hello Members - this is your opportunity to fulfill your HTSC Membership hosting obligation if you were unable to help this past season by paying a $50 per person amnesty fee.

Please register and select from these three ticket types, and pay with a Credit Card:

1)Couple Amnesty Fee $100

2)Individual Amnesty Fee $50

3)Hosted/Volunteered No Fee (Select and let us know how you helped).

This information will be helpful as next season we will offer more alternative volunteer and hosting opportunities for members to help meet this longstanding Club tradition and membership obligation. 

The HTSC Motto this year - Many Hands Make Light Work - generated many hosts, volunteers and helpers. Thank you to a very active membership. The Amnesty fee helps provide supplemental funds for additional appetizers during the height of Spring Hosted Stand Ups when guests and racers attend for awards.

The Executive Committee (EC), voted to reduce the Amnesty Fee for this past season to $50 per member at the April meeting.  

All Honorary Members and those members who have reached the age of 90 and have become Honorary Members, are exempt from paying dues or amnesty or hosting or volunteering - unless they wish to contribute.
