Hosting, Volunteering, and Amnesty Fee Payment for the 2025-2026 Season
First, we would like to thank the many members who hosted a Stand Up and volunteered to help with Club activities this season!
All Honorary Members and those members who have reached the age of 90 and have become Honorary Members, are exempt from paying amnesty or hosting.
Second, the Executive Committee (EC), has voted to reduce the Amnesty Fee for the current season to $50 per member - it is self reporting. Please click the Register button and select the ticket type to pay the Hosting Amnesty Fee via Credit Card if you were unable to help this season.
Third, the EC has provided for a "No Fee" ticket type for Hosting/Volunteering on the registration page. A list of volunteer activities that qualify as "hosting" this season will appear on the next screen, eliminating the need to pay amnesty for this season. Please check an event or task that you volunteered to help with this season to eliminate paying Amnesty.
The House Co-Chairs motto - Many Hands Make Light Work - was often referenced by Janet Hardy and Beth O'Neil. This positive message resulted in many volunteer efforts - again thank you to a very active membership.
This is your opportunity to fulfill your volunteer obligations to the HTSC Club if you were unable to host or volunteer this season. The amnesty fee helps offset extra costs as needed for event supplemental food, decorations, supplies and awards.
